Orion Arm, Milky Way. Year 2118.
“Do you have any updates from Earth?“, asked by Zuri to Xin Fei.
“None as of the moment.“, robotically answered by the Mission Specialist.
“We need to devise a plan. Let us contact Mars Control Center and send signals to the void. It is essential to get help the soonest.“, proposed by Zuri.
“As part of the protocol, we need to wait for a response from NASA Mission Control Center before carrying out any moves. Let us wait for another two to three hours.“, replied by Xin Fei.
“Sure thing.“, muffled by Zuri while getting out of Ariane 5 flight deck.
Zuri is known for neglecting the norms. She directly went to her cabin where Gabriel is still fast asleep.
Zuri repeatedly whispered, “Every wasted seconds count. Something needs to be done now. Think and act!“.
Hover, an AIBO ERS-5000 tenth generation robotic dog model from Japan, barks in front of its best friend.
“Come here, Hover. Kindly get the EBHD and the fiddle for me.“, commanded by Zuri.
The robotic pet wags its tail and responds by displaying, “On to it, Zuri.“, from its dashboard.
The laser headlight of the Elise Black Hole Detector (EBHD) blinks and the violin invites someone to play a high pitch sound as if mocking Zuri that “We are the solutions.“.
“If my device can detect entities from outer space, it should also be able to send signals using electromagnetic waves and high-powered laser within a certain mile radius.“, Zuri exclaimed while tweaking her invention.
The EBHD is off to a good start. Waves and laser beams were sent across the void.
Meanwhile in Persephone, Ol’H crafted a 3D-printed music box. It was optimized by adding signal interceptors, responders, and recorders.
“Drift farther and capture any movements.“, commanded by Ol’H to a STLTH drone carrying the symbolic device.
“The closure of invisibility dome will be delayed for one more day. Keep your guards on for any intruders.“, directed by Sk’raan, Head of Persephone Control Center, to all gatekeepers.
“Perfect timing! Everything seems to fall into its rightful place.“, uttered by Ol’H.
After quite some time, the STLTH drone went back to Ol’H’s bunker. He grabbed the 3D-printed music box and scanned all of the recordings. He found a distress signal in the form of EM waves and a gorgeous face of a woman playing a stringed instrument.
“I finally found the missing Elise!“, celebrated by Ol’H.
